We would ask all Partners with an invoicing address in Switzerland to input their commission-relevant social insurance number into “My Data” in their Online Office.
We continue to see incomplete and/or incorrect numbers, and have been receiving feedback that numbers are not being saved despite being input correctly.
Please ensure for yourself that the number is entered in the following format: “756.xxxx.xxxx.xx”. If you cannot input and save the number, please contact sales@ringana.com. You should bear in mind that a social insurance number is necessary to ensure correct commission payment.
