Switzerland: Changes to how returns are handled

From 15 December the returns handling process for product returns from Switzerland will be standardised. Therefore, from that date all returns from Switzerland will be handled by the Swiss Post Office. Before returning any item, please contact the RINGANA Partner & Customer Service by e-mail or phone.
