Step-by-step changeover to electronic invoicing

As previously announced, for reasons of sustainability, and in the interests of conserving resources, in future the invoices for your orders will be sent electronically by e-mail. Until we can fully complete this changeover, for the first few weeks of 2022 we will be using an interim solution in the shape of an “optional inclusion of a paper invoice”.

When placing an order, at the checkout both customers and Partners will be asked if they would optionally like “a paper invoice with their order”. If they choose this option, the person making the order will be sent a paper copy stamped with the remark that it is a duplicate. The original invoice will now only be sent by e-mail. In addition, you can also retrieve all original invoices as usual in your Online Office in “My Customer Account”.

Please note that this is a temporary solution which will only be used until paperless invoicing is fully in place.
