Update of the General Terms & Conditions for Partners

Dear RINGANA Partners,

We herewith wish to inform you that our General Terms & Conditions have been updated. This most notably relates to the following paragraphs:

§ 2 (2)

§ 3 (10), (11)

§ 9 (6)

Furthermore, information for RINGANA Partners in Switzerland and definitions have been added to the General Terms & Conditions.

Adjustments have moreover been made to general terminology: e.g. “Incentives” have become “Summits”, www.ringana.net has been changed to www.ringana.com, “Fresh Partners” are now “RINGANA Partners”, etc.

We would also like to draw the attention of all RINGANA Partners who are resident in Switzerland to the document “RINGANA Partners – Collaboration in Switzerland”, which provides details about all of the legal provisions around social insurance in Switzerland and information about the exact procedures involved. You will also find questions and answers on this subject in the RINGANA Knowledgebase.

The adapted General Terms & Conditions, the document “RINGANA Partners – Collaboration in Switzerland” and the current points factor in Switzerland (see RINGANA business papers online) can be found in the Online Office in My Business/Downloads and will apply from 01.06.2021. We would ask you to kindly take note.
